MedicalTalentPool: your personal landingpage
As a doctor you can register with your profile and your data for free in the MedicalTalentNetwork.
Our recruitment team will review your education and career path with you and provide suitable job suggestions based on your preferences and expectations. This process is personal and tailored to you. The prerequisite for this free service is a valid professional licence or Approbation.
If you do not yet have a professional licence and have not applied for one, we offer you a comprehensive service, including the search for a hospital internship (Hospitation), and create an individual GDPR-compliant landing page in our MedicalTalentPool for you. The landing page, containing all the details of your CV, will be shared via a link with potential hospital placement providers and advertised on social media alongside other candidate profiles. You have the option to display an open or anonymous profile, and of course, you can delete your landing page at any time without providing a reason.
These measures increase your chances of securing a hospital placement, but unfortunately, they cannot be offered free of charge. Your advantage: You can update your personal landing page yourself and use it outside our network, for example, to apply elsewhere. Additionally, if you are placed in a job through MedicalTalentNetwork Recruiting, you will receive a refund of the landing page fee along with a loyalty bonus.
If a paid membership in the MedicalTalentPool is a suitable option for your profile, for example, because you do not yet have a professional licence, your personal contact will discuss the benefits and terms with you. Naturally, this option is voluntary at all times.
